What We Love About the Husqvarna K3000 Wet

| blog | 0 comment | 13 September, 2017 |

We all know that construction tasks can get rather demanding. That’s why we need to always have the right tools to help us perform our work faster and a bit more effortless. One of the tasks that we find quite challenging is cutting concrete and other hard surfaces and materials. Good thing we came across this powerful machine called the Husqvarna K 3000 Wet which is an electric saw for wet and dry cutting.

Here’s what we love about this power cutter:

Portability

The machine is handheld and not that heavy (only weighs about 18 lbs) so we can bring it just about anywhere. And because it’s electric, we can use it on houses, buildings or in any other indoor/outdoor projects that we’re working on. We just need to plug it in and we’re good to go!

Minimum Effort

This machine requires less effort from the user as the blade rotates forward, unlike other concrete cutters we’ve used before. It also reduces the risk of sticking and kickbacks, resulting to efficient cutting.

Deep Cutting

You can cut with this machine up to 127 mm deep. This is very important for us particularly when we’re cutting through walls.

Convenient Water Unit

It comes with a rechargeable water unit which is also portable and easy-to-use. You just need to attach the water valve to the water unit on the saw, turn on the water, set the flow of the water, then you can begin cutting. The machine also ensures that the right amount of water is continuously flowing to the blade to bind the dust.

Easy-cleaning

The K 3000 also comes with everything you need to clean it up after use. It has a nozzle that you can attach to the water pump which you can use as a hose to clean the machine with water.

A few reminders when using this powerful tool:

  • Wear ear protection while cutting. The machine produces about 105 decibels sound pressure.
  • Be careful not to get water on the engine when cleaning it.
  • Read the manual before using this tool, or any other electric saw, for accurate and safe use.
